How It Works
Your documents, handled with care.
Attach your documents, tell us which claim they belong to, and submit. Your files are stored privately and the RCO claims team is emailed secure, expiring download links. You will see a confirmation reference only after that email is accepted.
- Files travel encrypted and are stored in private storage — never publicly accessible.
- Files are not sent as email attachments; RCO receives private download links that expire after 7 days.
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX — up to 25 MB per file, 10 files and 100 MB total per submission.
