RCO Property Protection Program

Insurance protection shouldn't begin after the damage.

A subscription advisory program providing ongoing insurance policy reviews, property documentation, risk identification, and claims readiness — so your coverage is examined before it is tested.

Why Review Coverage Now

The time to read your policy is before you need it.

Most property owners discover what their policy actually says in the worst possible moment — after a loss, when the language is being used against them. The Property Protection Program moves that discovery to calmer ground, while there is still time to act on it.

  • Identifying potential coverage gaps
  • Reviewing deductibles and exclusions
  • Reviewing replacement-cost and actual cash value provisions
  • Evaluating insurance-to-value considerations
  • Documenting property conditions
  • Reviewing property improvements and changes
  • Preparing for policy renewals
  • Maintaining current property documentation
  • Coordinating with licensed insurance agents or brokers when coverage changes are needed

Churches & Religious Organizations

Stewardship extends to the buildings themselves.

Churches and religious organizations often steward multiple buildings — sanctuaries, fellowship halls, schools, and sister-church campuses — each with its own systems, age, and risk profile. The Property Protection Program scales to multi-building campuses, keeping documentation and coverage reviews consistent across every structure in your care. Dedicated programs also serve HOAs and commercial property owners, including coordinated reviews across multi-property portfolios.

We work respectfully with boards, facilities committees, and denominational property offices, and we coordinate with your licensed insurance professionals whenever coverage changes are needed.

An Important Distinction

RCO reviews insurance policies and provides advisory recommendations. RCO does not sell, issue, bind, or guarantee insurance coverage, and nothing in this program is a promise of coverage or of any claim outcome.

When a review identifies changes worth making, those changes are made through the appropriate licensed insurance agents or brokers — we coordinate with them; we do not replace them.
